Spend Limits

You can set up a spend limit on your account to assist with restricting your weekly spend on tickets. To set up these limits, log into your account and navigate to the My Account section > Spend Limits. If you need help to set up a limit, you can also contact our Customer Support team.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from using our service, please contact our Customer Support Team and request self-exclusion.

• A self-exclusion lasts for 12 months.
• Any unplayed eligible tickets are canceled, and the deposit returned.
• Your account will need to be ID verified to ensure any remaining prizes can be withdrawn to your nominated bank account.
• You will receive an email confirming your self-exclusion.
• Once your self-exclusion period is completed, you can request to have your account reviewed. You will need to write to our Gambling Liaison Officer at [email protected].

Lottery Odds

The odds for each game are displayed on the play page. This page shows the odds of winning each division, how to play the game, and view the draws. Our Help Centre also contains useful information on the odds for all our Lotto games.

ID Verification

Purchasing via our channels is prohibited for individuals under 18. We employ a range of initiatives to validate members’ identities and age, and it is a requirement of membership to provide identification when requested.

If sufficient identification is not provided promptly, your account may be terminated, and any winnings withheld until you can sufficiently prove your identity and ownership of the account.
